MEN’S SOCCER RANKED 9TH IN WHAC PRESEASON POLL
The Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference has released its 2023-24 Men’s Soccer Preseason Coaches Poll, where the Warriors have been ranked ninth.
The Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference has released its 2023-24 Men's Soccer Preseason Coaches Poll, where the Warriors have been ranked ninth.
Last season, the Warriors finished with a 3-6-2 WHAC record (7-9-2 overall), finishing just outside of the WHAC playoff race, with the final seed being heavily contested. The Warriors bring in new head coach Dan Seargeant, who assisted with the team last season. The team also returns several key players, including All WHAC First-Team nominee Dmitar Stankovic, who led the conference in regular season goals.
Rochester will look to open the season strong, beginning with three home games including a rematch against Spring Arbor (MI). The WHAC features two teams that placed in the final NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll - Indiana Tech and Madonna, teams that Rochester will visit on Sept. 30 and Oct. 14, respectively.
