MEN'S SOCCER AT WRONG END OF HIGH SCORING AFFAIR AGAINST INDIANA WESLEYAN

MARION, IN - Men's soccer (2-2-1) wasn't able to win a high-scoring affair against #20 Indiana Wesleyan (8-1-0) on Thursday night, 3-6. Despite two goals from midfielder Viktor Juncaj, the Warriors had few answers for the Wildcats' offensive attack.

The scoring got started almost immediately, with Indiana Wesleyan scoring a goal in just the first two minutes of play. The Wildcats followed that up with another goal in the 10th minute. Senior Luis Koleci was able to find a quick answer to give Rochester some momentum, scoring a 12th-minute goal.

In the 20th minute, freshman Nemanja Adamovic put pressure on the Wildcats' defense with two shots that nearly scored a goal for Rochester. Unfortunately for the Warriors, Indiana Wesleyan was able to regain momentum and scored two back-breaking goals in the 30th and 32nd minutes of play.

To begin the second half, Juncaj logged his first goal of the season in the 46th minute to keep Rochester in reach. The Wildcats played with high offensive intensity, which ultimately resulted in two more quick goals to give the team a commanding 6-2 advantage. Juncaj would score his second goal of the game in the 71st minute, but it would be the final goal of the game for either side.
