Bio
Tate Kwaiser will be leading the Warriors for his first season ahead of the 2026-27 Outdoor Track & Field Season.
Kwaiser arrives at RCU after serving as an assistant coach at Eastern Michigan University, where he worked primarily with the sprints program. In that role, he supported athlete development in short sprints and relays, adding Division I experience and a day-to-day understanding of high-performance training environments.
As a student-athlete, Kwaiser built a collegiate career that reflects both versatility and growth. He began his undergraduate career at the University of Detroit Mercy before transferring to Queens University of Charlotte, where he continued to develop as a sprinter and relay contributor while training under former USA Gold Medalist Bianca Knight. He was a member of Queens' 2025 ASUN Outdoor Championship 4x400-meter relay team, earning a bronze medal.
