Men's Volleyball honored with trio of WHAC Awards in program's first season

(Rochester Hills, MI) - The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its yearly postseason honors for men's volleyball, and a pair of Warriors were honored in the program's first season of competition. 

SECOND TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE & ALL-FRESHMAN TEAM

JOSH EATON | FR | HOLLY, MICHIGAN

Josh Eaton played in 17 of the team's 22 games this season and made his mark within the conference rankings for his offense. Eaton recorded 220 kills on the season (9th in the WHAC), while recording 4.00 kills per set, which was third-best in the conference. Eaton was third on the team with 96 digs, with 1.75 digs per set.  

CHAMPIONS OF CHARACTER TEAM

XANDER SLATE | FR | WALLED LAKE, MICHIGAN

Xander Slate was recognized as the team's WHAC Champion of Character. The freshman was honored for his commitment to the five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
